1. General information
Your contractual partner for all orders within the scope of this online offer is ISR International School on the Rhine gGmbH, which will forward the order to Fair Sport Erkelenz GmbH + Co.KG for production.
For all business transactions, the General Terms and Conditions in the form, valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract, apply.
2. Conclusion of contract
Depending on the type of order, the contract between ISR International School on the Rhine gGmbH and the customer is as follows:
With the purchase of goods, which are to be produced by Fair Sport Erkelenz GmbH + Co.KG
The customer selects the products/articles, as well as their color, size and the logo motive online on the website (www.isr-school.de/XXXX) and confirms the order by clicking the button “buy now.” The requested order shall be forwarded to ISR by e-mail by clicking the button. Upon receipt of the order, ISR’s accounting department will prepare an invoice for the customer. The order confirmation is sent to the customer by e-mail together with the invoice, which contains the exact details of the order. Upon receipt of the advance payment, ISR will contact Fair Sport Erkelenz GmbH + Co.KG and the order will be expedited. ISR will inform the customer upon delivery of the goods to pick them up at ISR.
By confirming the button “Buy now” and subsequent payment of the invoice by the customer, the contract is legally effective.
3. Prices/Shipping costs
The prices listed on the website are generally product prices. They contain all price components including value added tax.
There are no further shipping costs.
4. Terms of payment
The customer buys the articles/products in advance and after receiving payment the production process begins. The customer can then collect the articles/products from ISR.
5. Terms of delivery and shipping
Delivery is made directly to ISR International School on the Rhine and can be picked up at the reception desk. After receipt of payment and the subsequent start of production, the item/product can be picked up within the next seven working days. As soon as the product arrives at the school, the customer will receive an e-mail informing them that the product can be picked up.
6. Warranty/ Liability
The customer is entitled to statutory warranty rights. Fair Sport Erkelenz GmbH + Co.KG is liable to the customer according to the legal regulations.
7. Revocation instruction
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated have taken possession of the goods or, if you have ordered several goods in a single order, on the day on which you or a third party designated have taken possession of the last goods.
In the event of defects in the goods, the ridges of the statutory provisions apply.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ISR) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Upon receipt of your declaration, we will immediately forward it to Fair Sport Erkelenz GmbH + Co.KG.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must remit all payments we have received from you immediately and no later than 14 days after receipt of your notice of revocation.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment (bank transfer) that you used for the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (ISR) immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period is deemed to be observed if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the purpose of checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion of the right of revocation
The right of revocation does not exist with contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual adjustment or determination by the consumer is relevant or which are clearly cut to the personal needs of the consumer.

The relationship between the contracting parties shall be governed exclusively by the law applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany.
